A company meeting of a different kind
Personio is one of the few unicorns from Germany. As one of the main players in the HR revolution, the question of shared values and work culture is central to Personio. And how do you communicate these values to over a thousand employees from all over the world? With a real live event, of course. At Personio, however, an employee event is not a boring company meeting, but a celebration. For a week, everyone gathered in Munich, and on one day SAFE helped to bring all the employees together at Sugar Mountain in Munich, organising a day of entertainment and talks.
