Deutsches Museum Streetfestival
Open Air Public Days as Part of Festival der Zukunft

As part of the Festival der Zukunft at Deutsches Museum, the museum hosted a two-day street festival along the Isar, transforming the museum island into an open and interactive experience for visitors of all ages. More than 15,000 guests explored hands-on activities focused on science, technology, and creativity, including a LEGO area, a robot-themed bouncy castle, interactive robotics experiences, graffiti workshops, and a family stage program. Throughout the street festival, Festival der Zukunft was open to the public free of charge, allowing visitors to access the festival’s exhibitions, talks, and interactive formats in addition to the outdoor activities. SAFE was responsible for the overall planning, production, coordination, and on-site implementation of the street festival.
